I have used phillips head screwdrivers for 50 years. I attempted to open the battery case, to insert batteries, using the old "lefty-loosey, righty-tighty" and the cheap plastic stripped completely. This is cheap garbage and i will be seeking a refund. Fyi, no user's manual was enclosed, nor was there a qr code to link to a manual or instructions.
